Sibling duo Paras Singh and Chakshu Agrawal bring their shared passion for hospitality and Indian cuisine to Urban Angeethi.
Paras Singh – Owner & Executive Chef
Born and raised amidst the breathtaking landscapes of Uttarakhand and Haryana in Northern India, Paras Singh discovered his love for cooking at an early age. His journey led him to pursue a degree in Hotel Management, followed by extensive culinary experience in some of India’s finest restaurants. With a deep appreciation for traditional Indian flavors and techniques, he has perfected the art of crafting exquisite dishes that honor India’s rich culinary heritage. At Urban Angeethi, every meal he prepares reflects his dedication to authenticity, innovation, and an unforgettable dining experience.
Chakshu Singh Agrawal – Owner & Operations Director
A devoted mother of two, Chakshu Agrawal is the driving force behind Urban Angeethi’s seamless operations. With a strong background in hospitality and management from her tenure at a top Indian Hotel chain, she expertly oversees financial planning, staff training, and customer relations. Her hands-on leadership, exceptional organizational skills, and warm, welcoming presence have made her the heart of the restaurant.
